Introduction to Supervising Generation Z Clinicians
This brief video provides an overview of the training. Dr. Londgren discusses her role as a marriage and family therapist and a University Professor working with hundreds of Gen Z students per semester. She points out how she noticed a shift in her students’ behaviors, mindset, and needs, especially post covid, and how this training aims to understand and support this generation in clinical supervision. The importance of having a strengths based approach to working with Gen Z individuals is highlighted.
