This is an 6-hour continuing education event that aims to equip attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the ethical responsibilities involved in fostering both client well-being and counselor self-care. Through a variety of dynamic teaching modalities, this course will explore the interconnectedness of personal wellness and providing effective, ethical, and sustainable care to clients.
Supervising Gen Z Clinicians
This is a fun and engaging training that is tailored specifically for clinical mental health supervisors to work effectively with their Gen Z supervisees. It is packed with generational information, ways to build self-efficacy, assessment tools, and lots of reflection prompts. We hope you enjoy!

Meet your instructor
Dr. Jennifer Londgren
Dr. Jennifer Londgren is the program coordinator for the Alcohol and Drug Studies program at Minnesota State University-Mankato. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist, a nationally certified counselor, and a board certified telemental health provider. Dr. Londgren's mission is supporting those who serve others, and she frequently presents to educators and mental health providers on topics related to wellness, self-care, resiliency, and innovative-teaching strategies. Jennifer is married to Trevor and has four children: Jack, Kate, Anna, and Henry.
