Jennifer Londgren

Dr. Jennifer Londgren

Dr. Jennifer Londgren is a licensed marriage and family therapist, a nationally certified counselor, and a board certified telemental health provider. She is an Associate Professor at Minnesota State University, Mankato and the Program Coordinator for the Alcohol and Drug Studies Program. She is the founder of The New Leaf Wellness Institute, an organization dedicated to helping behavioral healthcare providers thrive through customized continuing education and mental health coaching. Dr. Londgren leads a variety of workshops and seminars on topics related to mental wellbeing, self-care, social media, and innovative teaching techniques. She is the author of two books related to addiction and emotional well-being.
